Brilliant chapter! FH is such a sad place, but I think you did a really nice job of capturing it. That poor woman. :( And I love Helen in this. I agree with her, Jack's heart is too big for this world. Loved how he and Ianto sought comfort together, again I say I wish we could see this in an episode. :)
