Rambling: New Layout and Children of Time

Hello my darlings!

LOOK AT MY SHINY NEW HEADER!!

The most wonderful, sweet, and SUPERtalented cjharknessgirl bribed me to post the last chapter of A Dream of Spring by promising me a header for my journal. I don't know about y'all, but I think I TOTALLY got the better end of that deal!  :)  I had to axe my Unveiled Metal theme that I've had since I started posting because it won't allow headers.  :(  But I tweaked the new one, so hopefully it still has some of the same "easy to read"ness that I had before.

Oh! And I have something to share about A Dream of Spring – It's been nominated over at the Children of Time Awards in the Romance, Hurt/Comfort, and Angst categories. The Romance category appears to be full-up already, so I'm not sure what will happen there but I'm am just flattered and flabbergasted about the nom. Y'all are too much!! Thank you so much for nominating me along with all so many of my favorite writers!  *happy tears*  Much like Willoughby, I "will endeavor to deserve" it by continuing to offer up stories. I have some schmoop_bingo prompts started, and a few that are finished, and I'm about to begin writing "The Dusk of a Summer Night" (the next Season's 'Verse story). Plus there's always my Season 2 canon fic that I WILL finish, come hell or high water!

Layout looks awesome but that is cjharknessgirl for you, her graphics are brilliant and she is generous to a fault with her talent. And yes it is still easy to read. (I need to make mine easier on the eye I think, which layout is this one?)

Thank you! I think I only ended up being in one category, but I'm still thrilled! :)

This layout is called Black and White and Red All Over (part of the Flexible Squares series by Yati Mansor). It matched the header best and after much fiddling, I think I've finallly got it set the way I like it. :)
