Vulgar Fictions of a Demented...uh...Fangirl

Hello darlings!

If you don't follow me on Twitter, you may not know that I'm currently out of the country. I'm visiting thraceadams  in Germany right now!  Yay for friends and fun but booo for posting.  I can't get my stupid ol' laptop to talk to her wireless, so there will be no posting of chapters until I get back.  So check this space next Thursday or Friday (depending on how tired I am) for the next chapter.

Hello, my lovelies! Happy new year and happy new chapters! Yes, it's true – while I failed miserably at NaNoWriMo yet again and while most of the 31,686 words I DID manage to write were utter crap, some of them made new chapters for The Sea After a Storm. So yay! I'm gonna be back on Wednesday's again for (hopefully) the foreseeable future until this story is done done done. I haven't checked with my darling beta yet, who most of you know is now a successful published author (*plug* buy her books here *plug*) but I'm hoping she'll have time to help me and I'll be able to have the next chapter ready to post next week.

Hullo my darling dears! **smishes all the interwebs**

I'm sorry I've been AWOL - this is the first time I've had a chance to have my computer on for more than 5 mintues since April 16th; I've just had the two busiest weeks of my life since... hmmm... senior year in high school? And lemme tell ya – I'm sure as hell not 18 any more!

New chapters of The Sea After a Storm will be forthcoming soon, I promise! Probably not this Wednesday, but I will try try try to get the next one up the following week. Thanks for your patience and THANK YOU to all my new readers who have been leaving comments on my earlier stories! Y'all keep me putting pen to paper! Or, you know, fingers to keyboard :)

So apparently TODAY is Wednesday... I had it in my head it was Tuesday all day... **sigh**  My brain!  This is the danger of the DVR - you watch TV shows on the wrong night and get all confused!

Erm.. chapter tomorrow if my beta (hullo darling! *waves*) is in a "dealing with button's last minute-ness yet again" sort of mood.

Hullo m'dears! I was just contemplating making a PDF of the posted chapters for this fic. I figured I'd ask y'all if that's something you'd be interested in before I made the effort. New chapters are sllllloooooowwwwwlllllyyyyy being crafted, I promise. My 4-day weekend which is just finishing up today turned into full-on-family-fun-time so zero writing got done. Boo. I'm thinking about taking a few more days off before my week of Thanksgiving vacay. Lord knows there won't be much writing time then either. **sigh** I need to move further away from my family... although I tried that once and they all followed me here!
